Travel | Shacking up in Lancelin

Lancelin.  A mere one hours drive north of Perth lands you in this small, quiet, fishing and surfing town. Dwellings stand tall almost relics of a bygone era, somehow withstanding all that sand, sea-spray, buffeting winds and an onslaught of tourists in the summer months.  Fences are either low or a 'no', all but removing boundaries between neighbours.  It's as simple as it is easy going and I am pretty sure the locals would not have it any other way.
